The staff felt great, but there was a noticeable gap between the room photos and the actual room.

The shuttle bus from Arima Onsen Station made arriving hassle‑free, and the on‑site hot‑spring large public bath was great, especially since the spa that can be accessed directly from the hotel was also available on the day of checkout. The meals were prepared by attentive staff, presented beautifully, and everything I tried was delicious. I wish the hallway from the elevator to the rooms had been cooler, and I noticed a damp, humid smell as soon as I entered the room. Also, the bath towel and hand towel set in the room looked old and felt far from fluffy, which was disappointing given how good the hot spring was.
