Valley Inn San Jose

“We were happy with our stay. I will book with them again.”

The Valley Inn sits in a convenient spot and offers plenty of parking. Carmen at the front desk was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and comfortable, not fancy but we were satisfied with it. Everything else was fine.

“Goed verblijf”

I thought the rooms were good, and I was pleased to find that the price was reasonable, especially considering it was Super Bowl weekend. I didn't have any major issues or complaints during my stay.

Unfortunately, I don't have much to say about my stay at this hotel as it was completely unremarkable. I didn't experience any major issues, but neither did I have any particularly positive moments. Overall, it was just a neutral experience.

My experience at this hotel was unfortunately marred by a very unpleasant encounter with a staff member who displayed a complete lack of respect and courtesy. Although I didn't end up staying, the initial interaction was enough to make me reconsider my decision to book. The hotel's staff clearly fell short in providing a welcoming atmosphere.

One of the few redeeming qualities of this hotel was its convenient location, which made it easy to get to the places we needed to go. However, the lack of breakfast was a major drawback, which made our stay feel incomplete. Overall, it was a decent choice, but not without its flaws.
