Nothing was worth liking. We first moved to a second Airbnb because the host said the original bathroom wasn’t working and the AC was off. After reporting, we were assigned another room. The AC stayed off, the sheets hadn’t been changed since the previous guest, and the shower curtain had mold—very distasteful. I asked for a refund, yet still got charged a $40 cleaning fee that wasn’t listed when booking. Very dissatisfied.

“Our wonderful stay at Waterloo Rock”

Kerry was friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and nice. I really enjoyed staying there and slept like a baby at night with no noise. I’ll stay again and recommend it to anyone. I didn’t see anything to dislike.

The place is in a very nice spot that's easy to get to and feels pleasant. It works well for a short stay and is convenient.

“Sadly disappointed with this place”

We stayed two nights with our 17‑month‑old twins who were crawling and walking everywhere, so the apartment got dirty fast; the cleanliness was poor, especially around the window and balcony which seemed never cleaned. We left the air‑con off and opened the living‑room windows, but one fell off, hit the side table, and landed on the floor—luckily our twins weren’t nearby, or it could have been serious. We told Kerry, who manages the place. Overall, the stay was disappointing and not worth the money; the place wasn’t clean or safe.
