Silent and beautiful view 🍃😍. There were communication errors among staff members and the owner… I think the owner isn’t responsible for their customers.

I was blown away by this hotel—everything felt top‑tier and the price was surprisingly fair for the level of quality. The meals were tasty and varied, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always made me feel welcome. Cleanliness, comfort, and organization were spot‑on. I’d definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

“I will never recommend this place to anyone.”

We didn’t like anything about this resort. The service was poor, the staff came across as arrogant, and there was no water management or cleanliness.
