The desk staff were incredibly kind and the lovely manager made our family trip enjoyable, taking care of everything from booking to checkout, and even Kenny gave us a brief but pleasant time; it’s a place full of good memories that I’d love to visit again, though the three‑day, two‑night stay felt far too short—no complaints about the resort itself, just wishing I could stay longer.

We were happy to find a pet‑friendly room and appreciated the staff’s friendliness, but it would be nice if the dinner restaurant offered at least a single‑dish option, the external screen needs cleaning, and the bathroom bleach smell is quite strong for anyone sensitive to scents.

The bikepacking route from Seoul to Busan made this hotel spot on, especially with its convenient location for my plans. The convenience store in the basement was great for dinner. However, it feels more like a “dog-hotel” and the room’s odor was obvious. The building sits on a steep hill, so expect to push your bike a bit.
