The location was perfect, the room and balcony were super clean and spacious, and Rafa was incredibly welcoming and kind, going above and beyond to help. The staff were exceptional, helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend it and would definitely return—thanks!

The location was great, just a few steps to the beach. The accommodation was pretty, spacious, bright, clean, and fully equipped. It was quiet at night. For 8 dollars you get a tasty, filling breakfast with fresh fruit juice and coffee. Rafa is a friendly, proactive host who gives useful tips without being intrusive.

The unit was nice and clean, and the friendly cats were a treat. The staff were very nice, the location was quiet and private, and the price was good. Wifi was spotty, and the surfing spot turned out to be farther away than expected—motorcycles were needed. We could surf the beach in front sometimes, but not during our stay. The cold shower is normal for Nicaragua.
