The hotel’s location within DeQuincy was convincing, but the first‑floor room I stayed in had moisture and mold problems.

The hotel was quiet, modern, and clean, the staff were friendly, and the mattress was comfortable.

Everything felt fresh and warm, even the coffee was fantastic – nothing to complain about.

The Heritage Place Hotel and Suites is a great spot to stay; I’ve been there before, but that night I didn’t stay or check in because I had to finish work in Houston and left the next morning.
