The staff, the views and the breakfast were great, yet the elevators were too crowded.

The staff were fine, the food was okay and the breakfast was acceptable, but the air conditioning made loud noises at night, disrupting sleep, and the surroundings felt a bit messy.

The reception staff, the Tea Garden Terrace, and the security staff were all polite and very helpful, thumbs up; breakfast was the best, especially the Nyonya Laksa, but the mirror in the room should be wiped and cleaned.
