The guesthouse in the city centre is a solid place to stay, conveniently located near the metro, and the customer service was excellent and always reachable; Abdullah handled everything with professionalism, and the bathroom was clean.

The location was just next to the metro, restaurants, and bars, but the service was terrible: no minibar, the TV didn’t work, there was no air conditioning—only a fan. I was supposed to leave at 12:00, yet they knocked on my door at 11:30, which felt rude. When I tried to leave, they locked the door from the inside and I had to repeatedly knock on the hallway to unlock it; it was horrible.

The toilets and the room were clean, which was the only good thing we saw; the kitchen was filthy and unusable, the walls were dirty, and when I asked for help at reception they responded with “I don’t care” and told me to shut up. The morning staff were friendly, but the rest of the team provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
