“Good facilities but no support”

The area outside the bedroom was great, the Wi‑Fi was reliable, and the kitchen was spotless with plenty of utensils; however, the showers lacked a proper spot for slippers, the sheets were oddly sized, and because there was no staff, I couldn’t request a room change when a guy in the shared room started snoring like a truck—most guests left that night and slept elsewhere, and by 7 am the room was already empty.

I appreciated being able to cook my own meals to cut costs in this pricey city, and the beds were comfortable, though a curtain over the bed would have added privacy.
