“Think we should have a discount for the restaurant being closed”

The room looked good, but when I checked the listing it said there was a restaurant inside, and it was actually closed, so we had to leave for food.

The place was quiet, yet the toilet was too low; they should install higher ones. We had to pay for a basic breakfast, which felt unnecessary for over $300 a night—complimentary options would have been better. Getting in was a rough ride; the entrance needs smoother, safer access.

The location near the North entrance of Yellowstone was great, rooms were clean, cozy, and the hotel’s own restaurant was cool. The breakfast didn’t meet expectations; it was just pre‑made wraps or breakfast burgers wrapped in foil.
