I enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Serena Elegance Hotel; the staff were exceptionally kind, courteous, and professional throughout, making the experience comfortable and welcoming. The hotel’s location is a major plus, offering easy access to many important places and facilities, which is convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Cleanliness and housekeeping standards were also very good, with the property kept neat and hygienic.
