The place was filthy, had to wait for the bed to be cleaned, blanket smelled like roaches, overall looked abandoned, breakfast was awful.

Everything great, but suites don't have a bathroom, which is a bit of a hassle for women at night.

If you love a nature retreat, this place is perfect. The road isn’t hard to find, but a few more signs would help. Once you get there, it feels like a different world—natural paradise in Macaé. The cabin is just a sleeping area; the bathroom is only in the suite, but the highlight is the stream sound next to the lodging. The sheets are super fragrant, cleanliness 10/10, mattress feels heavenly. Breakfast is amazing, feels lovingly prepared.
