We had no electricity in our bathroom—no lights and no working outlets—despite telling the staff after check‑in, they did nothing.

The room was clean and cozy, and the location made it easy to drop our daughter off at her Berkeley dorm. The mid‑century modern décor was a fun twist. We walked out for dinner, but when we returned there were no free rooms left; if we’d driven we’d have had no parking, so keep in mind the limited on‑site parking.
