The location is great and the staff are very helpful, yet WiFi on the top floors is frustratingly poor and to reach floor –1 (for example to refill a water bottle) from a top floor you must change elevators or use a staircase.

The movie selection, transit passes, and convenient location near Kyoto station were excellent.

服務人員友善講解詳細，還會送你飲料喝，距離京都車站近走路約5-7分鐘，附近有便利商店，吃的店家也很多，有超棒的休憩空間，每天晚上都會播放小電影，地下室有洗衣機和用餐區還可以自己煮東西吃。還可以自己挑枕頭的軟硬度。. 房間空間偏小行李不好打開（但是就房價和地點又沒有什麼好抱怨的）

Everything was set up to give you a truly Tokyo home‑like vibe down to the finest details, so you could enjoy your holiday at the highest level. I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like.
