The Tokyo Station Hotel

“A special hotel.”

The service was outstanding, far better than any other I’ve had. The location right at the station was why I chose this hotel. Every part of our stay was first‑class. It isn’t cheap, but it’s fair value. I’ll pick this hotel again when I return to Tokyo. I can’t think of anything that needs improvement.

I’ve traveled worldwide and the Tokyo Station Hotel is my favorite. The breakfast, overall style, and quality are high at every turn. I think the beds were too soft.

“Just ok.”

The service was solid and the location convenient, but the hotel feels very old; the corridors smell musty and the humidifiers are barely keeping the dampness at bay, and the room itself was a let‑down, showing more age than charm.

“Convenient.”

The hotel is close to the departure airport terminal. The room was very basic.

“Beautiful hotel, terrific stay.”

The breakfast offered great value, yet the lounge gets overcrowded, making it hard to find a seat unless the staff calls your room when one opens up, and you’re required to order a drink to sit—an expensive rule that leaves no room to relax and read in the lounge.
