“One and done.”

It was close enough to the concert arena, but the hotel had an odd odor that was also in the room; the room was very outdated; the floor felt greasy; the bed sheets didn’t feel clean at all; the bathroom had hair in the sink and tub, showing it hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived; and there were no washcloths provided.

“Did not stay”

Nothing. 1. The elevator was down both days and we had a disabled family member 2. The WiFi was spotty and going in and out during our first 45 minutes on property 3. The AC in our room was broken and did not work 4. Our room smelled like cigarettes and marihuna 5. The entire property smelled like marijuan

“wouldn’t be a first choice but also wouldn’t be a last. Staff was incredibly kind.”

The staff were very helpful and extremely kind, but the bathroom in the room was dirty, the sink wasn’t wiped down, and used towels were left behind.

The place is very good for the money and the staff is amazing.
