The staff were kind and helpful. I just stayed at a Holiday Inn in Chattanooga, and it was nice and clean. The Holiday Inn just was un kept. The attention to detail with cleaning was not good

Employees were wonderful—very professional and welcoming! Rooms were spotless and so clean! My only complaints were just personal quirks: coffee wasn’t the best, lighting in the bathroom wasn’t ideal for putting makeup on, but nothing that is a deal breaker. All‑in‑all a great experience!
