“Comfort at this price”

I had a truly mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic, going out of their way to make me feel welcome and assist with any questions or needs I had. Unfortunately, the facilities and services were somewhat lacking, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite this, the staff's exceptional attitude made up for a lot, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay as enjoyable as possible.
