Outdoor pool, even though it’s all green and full of mud. Spa!! That’s not a spa. Breakfast is too simple for a 5* hotel. Dinner menu is always the same.

“Très mauvais hôtel”

Nothing positive; the staff at reception showed blatant disrespect and refused to offer any gesture even though several problems were present during the booking.

The restaurant was good, but the rooms were a nightmare – mold in the shower, walls filthy, dust everywhere, old equipment (I didn’t dare use the hair dryer), the light switch didn’t work properly (everything turned on or off together), and the AC stopped at 22:30, leaving the room over 30 °C. Nobody at the front desk helped; I had to call someone who didn’t speak English, and the issue was fixed only after an hour in the middle of the night. The windows were locked, otherwise the dogs would bark, and the view faced a derelict building.

The location is close to the city centre and the place is quiet. They allowed a late check‑out, the sauna and Turkish bath are excellent, and the gym is well equipped. However, the staff is too few for the hotel’s service level. Even though it’s rated five stars and has good facilities, it doesn’t live up to a five‑star hotel.
