The place is well‑located with good metro, bus, and metrobus links. The staff are friendly and helpful, dealing with our issues as best they can. If you want to go out at night, you can get in easily because the entrance uses a key code. If you’re looking to save money or just need a bed, this is your spot. The furniture is worn from dampness, there’s no fumigation, and kitchen utensils are scarce; some items in the kitchen are left ownerless and smell bad, with nobody cleaning them. Apparently the owner never visits, is unaware of the problems, or turns a blind eye.
