The receptionist was attentive to everything we needed and welcomed us incredibly. We arrived before check‑in because our flight was early, were given priority, and could enter before the usual time. The rooms matched the photos exactly; we stayed as a group of eight and everyone had a wonderful experience, with very comfortable beds, everything clean and in perfect condition, and even earplugs were provided. We felt very welcomed and at home, thanks to the map and recommendations for dining and outings that were handed out. The center is close, just an 8‑minute walk away. The best part was that there is a shop right in front, so we never lacked anything. For tours, they would pick us up at the hostel door, and the manager was very attentive to how we felt after each tour, especially because of the fear of the puna. There is a kitchen to make tea, coffee and everything, very convenient. It’s great that each room has a private bathroom for added comfort. From the first moment we received very friendly and close attention. We especially want to highlight the staff member who was always very attentive, caring and making sure we were fine throughout our stay. Those small details truly make a difference and make you feel at home. We had a lovely experience and fully recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a cozy place, excellent service and a very human touch. We hope to return on the next opportunity!

The host was very friendly and helped with everything. The atmosphere feels like a family setting with only a few rooms. The common areas include a kitchen, refrigerator, etc.

Andrea gives special attention that makes you feel at home. The rooms are comfortable, clean, have everything needed for a good stay. I liked everything.
