The room was spotless, had all the necessary amenities, plenty of water, quiet, and close to the city center. The owner helped us plan our cave tours and even drove us there himself. He prepared a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast for us and later drove us to our next destination at a great price. Everything was fantastic. No complaints.

The place is amazing, and it’s nice to have someone so helpful and kind to welcome you; it was an amazing stay and I recommend it to anyone going to this area, but walking home by night is very dark when you are a woman traveling alone, so take a tuktuk even if it’s not far.

L'accueil, le confort, le calme et l emplacement. L établissement est tenu par une très gentil famille, très serviable. J avais choisit la formule petit déjeuner qui était très variés et copieux. La maison d jote se trouve juste a la sortie de la.ville, ce qui vous laisse proche de tout mais au calme. Je recommander vivement ce établissement

The price‑to‑quality ratio is great, and the AC works well. However, the breakfast felt underwhelming compared to other stays we’ve had in Sri Lanka.
