Most of the staff were very kind, the property is beautiful and clean, and the room was comfortable; we ate lunch and dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, but the food fell a bit short of expectations. The breakfast, however, was fantastic with a huge selection. We booked a couples massage, and one of the therapists seemed disinterested, so the session was not at all satisfying, while the other therapist was perfect and professional.

The on‑site parking was essential for our day trips around Fiuggi’s lovely surroundings, all stress‑free. The room was cozy, the bed super comfortable, and the linens—including bath towels—were top quality. While the room lacks a balcony, the large terrace more than makes up for it, with comfortable seating, elegant wrought‑iron tables, and gazebos welcoming guests. We spent a lot of time there in complete peace thanks to the impeccable service that runs all day, offering snacks and meals tailored to every taste, plus an aperitif with endless cocktail choices; as a gin‑tonic lover, I tried a different one each night! Near the terrace, three large hot tubs let us soak and relax, even sipping bubbly. The spa is beautiful and well organized. The staff are all very professional and kind, always keeping the guest at the center of attention and caring in every part of the hotel, from the front desk to the spa to the restaurant. Breakfast deserves a special mention for its rich selection of sweet and savory items, all freshly made, and the gluten‑free options are also great. Finally, we were pleasantly impressed by the wide range of activities scheduled throughout the day, both indoor and outdoor, all enjoyable, educational, and relaxing, led by competent staff. Our final verdict is excellent, thanks to this perfect balance between hospitality and offerings that never feel intrusive.
