I really enjoyed my stay at Capsule Hôtel Ljubljana; everything was impeccable, especially cleanliness and comfort. I particularly liked the capsule concept, both original and practical. I also want to thank warmly the cleaning lady present today, whose kindness and friendliness were exceptional. A very nice experience!

The property is very clean, the staff are kind and helpful if you need anything, and the capsules were really comfortable!

Easy access with code, but luggage storage is lacking.

The location of the Capsule Hotel was good because you can quickly reach the train station and the city center. In one of the rooms there were definitely bedbugs!!! This, as I unfortunately only realized afterward, was already known in a Booking review from July 2026. The owner is not reachable at all and then became very rude after the bedbug notice. For two weeks I have been trying to report this incident to Booking customer service to protect other guests, but so far there has been no reply!

Location. Clean. Convenient. It is difficult to contact a human even when using the suggested contact number and email (90 minutes of messages, calls and emails).
