Close to the city, parking motorbikes easy, food not far. Noisy aircon outside

It was a quiet place and only ten minutes to the nightmarket, and the local breakfast that was included was good. However, there was some animal in the air conditioning.

The only room I stayed in had one square foot of mold on the bathroom ceiling, the sink drain was plugged and leaked onto the floor toward the shower drain, and when the exhaust fan ran, sewer gas was strong—definitely needs work. Repair issues were evident.
