All the kindness from the lady was appreciated; nothing else.

The place was clean and right next to Odawara castle, and the amenities matched the photos and description. The air‑conditioning broke down during my stay; I couldn’t control it, but it still managed to turn on and give off some cold air when we were about to sleep.

The amenities included towels and a toothbrush, which was a relief, but the soundproofing was weak, so earplugs were a must.
