The ventilation system is old, so there was a musty smell when I entered. Opening the windows, the hallway exhaust, and the bathroom door improved the situation.

I paid less than I would at most other business hotels, but the TV from the room next to mine was so loud that I could hear it clearly, so better soundproofing would help.
