The place was fantastic for kids to experience nature. The food was good, and there were plenty of activities like fishing, tree climbing, and zip‑lining. The rooms were far from the main building, but the carts that transport guests work well. The desserts didn’t appeal to me much; I felt there was a lack of options, but nothing that ruined the stay.

“Para quem gosta de esportes, caminhada e vá em dia de calor.”

The food was good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My apartment was very far from the reception. There’s a golf cart to bring guests, but impatience made us walk; five minutes equals 500 meters to the pool, reception, and activities. The smell of the forest was strong, and the TV internet was unreliable. I had to bring a backpack with a change of clothes to use the pool and stay for lunch or dinner. The heated pool seemed child‑size, 4 m by 7 m and 1.10 m high. The cold pool was icy; we tried it on a rainy day and couldn’t experience it. The problem wasn’t the walk but the climb, though impatience forced us to walk. It’s good for those who enjoy extreme sports, kayaking, jet ski, a ferry, and kids’ fun. It’s great for anyone who likes a pool like me, a mountain‑view hotel. A bit cheaper. There was a pistachio‑carolina at breakfast, which was delicious. I recommend it more. There’s a climb, but not like this hotel.

There are loads of activities on offer, yet you still get plenty of chances to just kick back and relax. The schedule feels easygoing, so you don’t end up feeling rushed.

The resort’s facilities are solid, and the kid‑friendly options – a playground and a heated pool – made the most of the local weather. I appreciated the vegan choices at breakfast, from plant‑based milks to spreads and even a veggie “embutido,” and they even served vegan snacks like coxinha and cheese balls at some meals. The staff were friendly and the price‑to‑value ratio felt right, though the room’s mattress was a bit too soft for my liking.

Everything from the meals to the service was solid, and the public areas felt well‑kept. The only real downside was the beds – the mattresses were old and overly soft, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.
