The apartment is very beautiful and welcoming. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, so you have to climb to the 4th floor.

“Under no circumstances, beware of scam!”

Even though I reached out in writing two weeks before arrival, they never replied. They knew the booking had no free cancellation and the amount was blocked on my card without a refund; they didn't cancel or inform Booking of the issue. When I arrived, no one answered the intercom, both landlines went straight to voicemail, and the mobile phone they said I should call was off. I later learned from a shop across the street that the B&B owner had died in March and that the deceased's relatives had scammed other tourists. Under no circumstances should you book here again—you’ll end up like me, with nowhere to stay. I must thank Daniela, the Booking customer support rep, who was an angel during those chaotic moments and gave me clear, empathetic advice on how to proceed. I’ll leave it at that; my repeated attempts to contact the accommodation before I went there proved futile. If the owner really did die in March, Booking should delist this property so other travelers don’t suffer what I endured. Fortunately, some locals helped me find another place, but if my flight hadn’t arrived at noon, I don’t know what I would have done alone in the evening in a foreign country.

Nepatiko niekas. Atsargiai! Nedirbanti nakvynės vieta!Ši apgyvendinimo vieta neveikia, nesirezervuokit. Savininkas neatsiliepė nei į laiškus per ,nei į elektroninius laiškus, telefonu susisiekti neįmanoma. Patyriau daug streso,nes užsakymas buvo neatšaukiamas

The host was friendly and let me check in after hours. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you would need plus a very strong AC unit which was a huge plus. The location is absolutely fantastic, being close to great nightlife, the beach and the Pescara Centrale transit hub. I would stay here again! It would have been nice to have extra pillows, only 2 were provided.
