“Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, aber nicht günstig”

Great location, underground parking, everything felt quite new and modern, the bar was open 24 hours. The breakfast was okay but could be improved, a coffee machine was broken so we had to queue for coffee. Overall the stay was not a bargain.

“ein rundum gelungener Städtetrip”

The hotel has a fantastic city‑centre location, staff are always on site, very friendly and knowledgeable. The Sunday breakfast room was too small for the many guests.

“Service ausbaufähig”

Central location, still very quiet (room faces the courtyard). 1. The bin wasn’t emptied for a week. 2. Toilet paper wasn’t refilled, I had to buy it after three days. 3. Bed linen and towels weren’t changed for eight days. 4. The soap dispenser was installed backwards, soap sprayed only toward the wall. 5. For the price (120,- per night) I expected a minibar, a bedside table and toothbrush glasses. 6. Too few tables in the restaurant, I had to sit on a bar stool with back pain because all tables were occupied. 7. Reception was usually understaffed, causing long waits, especially on 1.10 after the switch to B&B and the related problems. 8. No luggage carts on the floors or in the underground parking; you have to fetch them yourself in a cumbersome way.

Location, good room, but they didn’t clean the room, I complained and the next day the same thing happened. I complained the first day about the room not being cleaned, many excuses… and the next day the same thing happened… it’s not right, you pay for good service and it wasn’t provided.
