The room is big enough, but everything else feels generic.

The location is the only good thing; the hygiene is awful, all equipment is broken, there is no staff, and people don't answer the phone or messages.

Everything that made the room spacious was also terrible elsewhere: dirty, stinky, TV not working, shower overflowed the whole bathroom, no soap, no staff, no water, and the reception phones on the door were ignored—an absolute disgust.

Nothing pleased me, and the place was unreachable.

It was a very bad experience: no tea or coffee supplies, the bathroom was dirty, the hairdryer didn't work—overall terrible.
