The housekeeping team cleaned the room every day, but the jacuzzi didn’t have hot water.

“A great place to stay if you don't expect too much. Old charme place that has seen better days.”

The place offered good value and a convenient spot, close to nightlife, shopping, Lumpini Park and the Treetop Walk for a break from the city bustle. The suite was roomy, quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful, even storing our luggage after checkout. However, the hotel feels dated with noticeable wear and tear. Our suite had character but the kitchen was poorly equipped and the bathroom lacked a window or vent. The window looked out onto the rear of an old house. The pool was small, located on the third floor near a busy road—great for watching crowds, but it shut down early at 7 or 8 pm.

The location is good and the room is large. A towel was torn and all the furniture looks old; that needs attention. Thanks. Cleaning could be better, towels should be replaced, and kitchen items are missing. They charge extra for these, and no water bottle or toiletries were provided. Thanks.

“Overall, it's a great value for the money. There's an issue with insects, but that's a common problem.”

The rooms were roomy and came with a kitchen, microwave, and fridge. They were well decorated and the furniture was in decent shape, though it clearly needs new upholstery. There were no obvious complaints.
