“Great”
The place was clean, though construction was still underway and the pool was closed.

Cleanliness and breakfast options were excellent.

We moved from Room #1 to Room #2 because the first room wasn’t ready; the door peephole in Room #1 was stuffed with tissue paper, the sight glass was missing, and the closet next to the bed had no linens, suggesting someone hadn’t changed the sheets or used it before we arrived, but after the switch to Room #2 everything was clean and there were no further issues.
