I didn’t receive the AC rooms I had booked; instead, I was given non‑AC rooms, which is very bad and I don’t understand why such hotels are listed.

I have booked a 2 AC room but when i visited to check in the they were telling thier is no rooms available. this is not fair. in 10.30 pm night i was with 10 month baby and family members.
