The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the place was very clean, but the breakfast could use some improvement.

Everything was first‑rate – the welcome, the room’s cleanliness and the restaurant, plus good value for money. A shout‑out to Mac, who was professional and happy to accommodate our requests. No complaints.

The staff were courteous, the location convenient, and the on‑site parking was a plus. However, even after asking for a non‑smoking room, I found an Iqos cigarette holder on the floor near the window, which was quite unpleasant. The shower curtain in a 4‑star hotel is unacceptable—maybe it belongs in a 2‑star, but a 4‑star should offer higher quality.

I really appreciated how cordial and helpful the staff were, making me feel welcome right away. The spot is nice, with a canal view from the window and a great pastry shop nearby, perfect for starting the day. The setting is simple and traditional, yet calm and comfortable. The décor is rather classic, and some amenities could be upgraded for extra comfort. I would have liked firmer pillows and a bit more attention to bathroom details.
