I was really disappointed to find out that there was no phone in the room. It's a basic amenity that I expect to have, and it was missing here.

For the price I paid, I was expecting a bit more - like a free breakfast, for starters. But what I got was a room with low water pressure, so that if you flushed the toilet, the water heater wouldn't work. The entrance to the B block was dirty, and I was surprised to find out that I'd been put in a different block altogether. To make matters worse, there was no car park, and the one at the other building was expensive. It was a bit of a hassle, to be honest.

The hotel's cleanliness was a major plus, but the noise from the street outside made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Still, the friendly staff and decent breakfast made up for it.

The only thing I didn't like about my stay was that the deluxe room didn't have an iron and prayer mat. It was a small thing, but it would have been nice to have.
