The spot is perfect for exploring the old town, and free parking nearby was a bonus. It stayed spotless every day, so I can’t fault it. Nothing to dislike.

The place sits close to all the delights of Ciutadella’s old town. The rooms are cosy but very well equipped; I especially liked the large bed and shower, and an espresso machine was always a bonus.

Traditional and modern blend into one. The bed was comfortable, the room a good size and beautifully laid out. I feared it might be noisy because of the central location, but once I closed the windows and shutters the room fell into silence and was wonderfully dark, giving me the best sleep! Initially I worried the key card wouldn’t work since there isn’t a 24‑hour reception, but it worked every time and I was reassured that if it didn’t, they could be there in minutes.

Everything was very clean and cared for. The decoration was very pretty. The only downside was that it was on the ground floor and street noise could be heard.
