Nothing at all it was horrible there was no parking lot. There was NOT parking lot!!!!

I'm still fuming about my stay here. The hotel staff had no qualms about keeping my deposit, claiming it was because of the smell of cigarettes, but I never even smoked in the room. It's ridiculous that they'd do that, especially since I'd been a model guest. Needless to say, I won't be back.

The location of this hotel is great, but that's about where the positives end. They charge extra for dirty towels, but don't even have the decency to give you a receipt for the extra charge. It's just another example of their lack of transparency.

“Muy cómodo, muy amables”

The room was super comfy, but unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. The hotel seems to have forgotten that guests need air conditioning, and it was a pretty miserable stay as a result.

The staff here were super friendly and always on the go, keeping the building spick and span morning and night. It's clear they take pride in their work. However, the lack of air conditioning in the rooms made for a sweltering stay, especially during the warmer months.
