I arrived late and was given a code to pick up the keys, which worked smoothly. The breakfast could have been richer, but otherwise it was fine.

The location is fantastic and the staff, especially Elena, reached out before I got here to confirm my arrival time and stayed on top of any needs; she was always ready to help. Including breakfast, the rate is very complete. The spot feels truly premium, everything is within walking distance, and if anything comes up you can return quickly because it's close to everything. The room was a bit cold.

The listing claims to be barrier‑free, but it isn’t at all; I couldn’t even check in because I couldn’t get past the steps to the basement.

The only thing I liked was how close it was to the hospital, and the constant emergency traffic makes it unavoidable. The breakfast could have been upgraded a bit with more greens and fruit.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the location was nice. The stairs up to the room were steep, and I was moved to a room on a different floor.
