Nothing positive. They claim it’s a five‑star hotel, yet there was not even a wardrobe! I’m sorry, but it doesn’t even deserve four stars.

The staff and food were excellent. Breakfast had a good variety, and the buffet‑style dinner was reasonably priced. The gym, sauna, and hammam were free, and massages were available for a fee, but we didn’t have time to use them because we only stayed one night. Roadworks during our visit made car access difficult; we parked far away and had to haul luggage over dirt and dust to reach the hotel. Tea and coffee were served in tiny paper cups, and no glasses were provided.

The building is nice, and the breakfast was tasty. We also had dinner at the hotel. However, construction on the street meant we couldn’t use the parking and had to stand on the road. With the luggage, it was also hard.

The stay was based on the Konak concepts, but the roads were a hassle.

“Ausser Kühlschrank und Haartrockner war ok trotzdem bin ich zufrieden”

Friendly staff, but the fridge and hair dryer were broken, the eggs cooked in the restaurant weren't fresh, and once they were downright rotten—something I pointed out to the staff.
