“Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt - gerne wieder!”

I really enjoyed staying at the "Konventen". The prompt email and phone contact beforehand and the very friendly reception at the hotel were especially noteworthy. As a train driver, I found it great that I could easily stow my luggage when arriving early or leaving late. The room was very nice and set up to feel at home, the mattress was superbly comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The location is perfect for exploring Aschaffenburg, the castle, and Pompejanum, and the old town with its restaurants and shops is easily reachable on foot – would definitely return! On the downside, I, as a tea drinker, might have liked a kettle or a way to heat water, but for coffee lovers everything is covered! :)

Both the main house and the annex are in a prime spot right in the old town – you can leave your car in the parking lot around the corner, everything is within walking distance. My room in the annex was tastefully furnished and there was also access to a quiet courtyard terrace. Breakfast was held in the main house, it was varied and excellent. I especially liked that all guests sat around the same large wooden table, sparking lively conversations. I will definitely come back!
