An excellent value hotel. Clean, cozy, great breakfasts, and very friendly staff. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the metro and 20 minutes to reach the top of the Cascades.

A solid choice for a 1‑2 night stay: the hotel is clean and quiet, breakfast offers more than a standard continental spread, and the reception makes late check‑in hassle‑free. The only drawback is the outdated plumbing fixtures.

The location, price and room were all great. However, the pillows could use a replacement and adding porridge to the breakfast would be welcome.

I had a very pleasant stay during my visit to Armenia. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was neatly arranged, and the cleanliness of the room was excellent, which made my stay very relaxing. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The dining area was clean and well organized, and the staff ensured everything was properly prepared. Overall, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the quality of the room, and the breakfast service. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly recommend this place to others visiting Armenia

It’s in the centre, close to popular cafés and restaurants, and public transport is within walking distance.
