The staff were friendly and the shops were just a short walk away, so that part of the stay was solid. The bed, however, was a bit too firm and the air‑con was a weak spot – it barely cooled the room. All in all, a decent place with a few comfort hiccups.

“Depressing”

I appreciated having my own room and the fact that someone came around to keep the common areas tidy. But the kitchen was a mess – old, rusty utensils and a scratched Teflon surface made cooking a chore. The carpet, couch, and chair hadn’t been deep‑cleaned in ages, and the bed springs were obvious every time I turned. A bit of a maintenance nightmare for a guest house.

The location was spot‑on, just a stone’s throw from everything I needed. Unfortunately, ants swarmed my room, the door wouldn’t lock, and the bathroom was dirty. On top of that, a man was sleeping in the kitchen area and there were diet bins in the bathroom – not the cleanest vibe.

The place was worth the price, close to trams and the city, and the roommates were friendly. I did miss the AC remote at first – they handed me a TV remote instead, but I got the right one the next day. The beds weren’t as clean as I’d hoped, but overall it was a livable stay.

“Fantastic, good value”

This property was solid – the service was efficient and everything ran smoothly. I felt taken care of from check‑in to check‑out. Definitely planning to come back next time I’m in town.
