They overbooked, the staff on duty didn’t know what to do, and they didn’t properly apologize; we were about three guests waiting for them to fix the problem and I didn’t receive the full refund. Everything was a mess.

The room was available, but there were no facilities, the place was unclean, and there were cockroaches in the bed.

The staff were very nice, and since it’s close to the airport you shouldn’t expect too much because it’s a very affordable motel; I noticed it was cheaper if you walk in. The shower sometimes slows down.

I was assigned a twin bed, which worked out fine, but the snack selection was very limited and you had to leave the property to buy anything.
