“Très grosse déception signalée à l’accueil !”
The location suited our needs and the offerings matched what we were looking for, but we had to wait from 10 am until 2 pm for two rooms that were only cleaned late, with wet, slippery floors and just five hangers for a couple, and no extra supplies could be arranged. Both rooms (304 and 604) smelled of cigarettes starting the second day; we reported it at reception and only got an ineffective perfume diffuser. Breakfast fell far below any 4‑star standard: the selection was limited and never changed, there was no espresso, no fresh juice, no yogurt or curd, the fruit was either hard or unripe (only passion fruit appeared on Sundays), and the Vietnamese dishes (pho, omelette, chicken curry, sauces) lacked flavor. The restaurant staff were good at handling bills but never cleared our cluttered tables of glasses, cups, and plates.
No positives at all, but plenty of negatives.
