“Excelente momentos em família”
Cleanliness. Harmonious space. Spectacular pool. We liked it, but the usual breakfast had little variety, and with two babies we had some difficulty.
The staff are terrible; they don't know how to handle the wait, and you have to keep looking for them.
“Consigliato”
The hotel sits in the countryside, which can be a plus or a minus because you need a car to get anywhere. Having a parking lot on site was handy. The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable, and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, though that’s a personal opinion. The location is a bit out of town, but you can reach it by car.
“Alojamiento agradable en Alcacer”
The location is fine but very far from Comporta’s beaches. The staff are very kind and pleasant. Everything is clean. The restaurant is good. The price is very good. The gym needs improvement. The room is small, which is understandable, but the few machines available are unusable. A new treadmill and a couple of modern spinning bikes wouldn’t cost much and would greatly improve the hotel. This year it was noted that breakfast had slightly less variety, especially in bread types.
The hotel is always flawless, everything runs like a clock, and the location is perfect for exploring the area.
