I had a mixed experience during my stay. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, which was a great start to our trip. However, the cleanliness of our room was a letdown, as we encountered a sudden infestation of cockroaches and a swarm of mosquitoes. This was particularly challenging for us since we were traveling with a baby and a toddler.
