“Good price in a exceptional area”

There was no breakfast, yet everything else about my stay was comfortable, well needed, and tea was available. The AC leaked a little, but otherwise it was very nice.

Nothing was absolutely disgusting, yet the staff were rude, unprofessional, and discriminated against me and my wife.

“don’t stay unless you really need to”

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The night desk manager was extremely intrusive and bothered me throughout the entire night. To make matters worse, the toilet in my room wasn't functioning properly. The manager even claimed that other guests were complaining, which I found to be completely fabricated and added to his already unpleasant demeanor.

“The place was comfortable but they need to be more on point with customers needs”

While the hotel's proximity to my family was a major plus, it was overshadowed by the slow service. The housekeeping staff failed to change our towels and attend to our room in a timely manner, forcing us to remind them to do their job.
