Everything was spotless and the staff were welcoming.

“The room was nice , however the check in wasn't the best welcoming I've had in the past.”

When I checked in, they told me my credit didn't go through and I had to put down a $100.00 deposit, yet my card was charged, the payment went through, and it was confirmed two days before I arrived. This was my birthday trip to myself that I've been doing with you guys for over the last 3 years, so needless to say I was disappointed and confused about the deposit and why I was told my transaction didn't clear. So going forward I will not be visiting your Casino on my birthday any longer.
